Returns and Exchanges

At Sun Pop Life, we want you to love our products as much as we do. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for exchange or refund.
We accept returns of unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled item with all labels and tags attached in its original packaging within 14 days of your order date.
We can provide you with a pre-addressed return label. Just contact us via email at email@example.com to assist you with your return. All shipping fees will automatically be deducted from your refund.
If you do not wish to use our pre-addressed return label, we recommend that all returns be sent by a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sun Pop Life, is not responsible for packages shipped with a return label not provided by us, untraceable or lost.
Sun Pop Life, reserves the rights to limit returns and exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing any exchanges or refunds, less any shipping, handling and or processing fees associated with your purchase as stated in our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Your refund will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are not refundable.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Any item NOT in its original condition; washed, damaged, altered in any way, soiled, with sunscreen stains*, without labels or tags attached or not in its original packaging will receive a partial refund.
*Sunscreen selection is a personal choice. some ingredients used in sunscreens whether, in lotions, sprays, oils, tubes, balms or sticks may stain or even damage white or light colored items. Such stains are the result of an external application and not a fault with the quality of the fabric or the manufacturing of the garment, therefore, garments stained by sunscreen are not considered to be defective and will not be exchanged or refunded.
Any item damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered defective.
Any item showing sand particles trapped in its knit is not considered defective.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased using special offers or promotions cannot be refunded.
We will replace any item(s) that proof defective or damaged. Send us some photos at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the course of action.
If you are required to mail your item(s), we will send you a pre-addressed return label and will waive any shipping & handling fees associated with replacing a defective or damaged item.
If you want to return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an online credit only for the value of your return minus any shipping, handling and or processing fees associated with shipping your gift.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Sun Pop Life will charge, a processing fee of $8 per transaction to ALL orders shipped to us without proof of purchase; receipt, packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation sent via email.
Please include the following information to locate your order and process accordingly.
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the order
- The style number of the merchandise, if available
